I disagree with what they said about Sonic Adventure that was the last good sonic game in my opinion. I could go back and play Sonic Adventure right now and have a hell of alot of fun with it can't say that about the other sonics. And the graphics didn't mean anything to me.
You know damn well they can't say that anymore *Laughs*. They tried to say the 360 crashes was better when it was from the Ps3 version.
I disagree with you, while the video has bits thrown in badmouthing GT a bit it does what it sets out to do. And that's to show the viewer that GameTrailers.com put up a comparison video with fraudulent information thrown into the mix. Also something you must have forgotten was that at the conclusion of the video it states that GameTrailers took down the video from it's site so it's one of the only places you could see the erroneous video for yourself.
GTA4 is meant to entertain above all else like other games. GTA has never been about being the most graphically superior game on the market but to be one of the most unique and entertaining experiences. I think both versions the 360 and Ps3 version of GTA4 proved just that.
Before Take-2 finally caves in and accept EA's offer.
I see what you're saying there about MGS. My own history with MGS didn't start till MGS3 (great game) then i went back to play MGS2 (really good not quite as good as MGS3 though). I agree with you that after MGS2 alot of the fans didn't want to touch MGS anymore i know a few myself. But me, myself personally think that most of the people that played MGS will want to finish off the story in MGS4 and i think Sony will push MGS4 quite a bit. As for the popularity of MGS well it's sold pretty goo...
Honestly it wasn't till the great hype of Killzone 2 till i got interested in Killzone. I'm not a big fps fan (My faovorites include the likes of Deus Ex and Portal) but Killzone i want to see what it's all about. I like the gritty environment and feeling that they have showed off i can only hope they deliver in the gameplay and story elements (specially story wise). So for me Killzone is a completely new IP since i never heard anything about the original game or anything like that.

Against GTA4 i agree with him. Though the only time i've had pop up happen is during multiplayer sessions with some buddies in the single player i haven't encountered one yet. Also is it just me or is the volume in cutscenes low along with voices on the phone even though the music and car sounds are loud. It's weird.
The characters look better but i miss the blood effects and the dark and gritty surroundings of the E3 07 conference. Now the new footage looks good and all but i miss that old dark atmosphere.
I must say that IS some badass armor but 2 bucks for it? I think i'll remain standing upright thank you very much.
It seems i'm in the EXTREME minority here but i'm stoked for the new MK game. I've been playing MK since the first one when i was a little kid and the recent ones haven't been all that good to me honestly. I like the refocusing on the fighting mechanics instead of just using fatalities as the main attraction. I'm VERY optimistic about MK vs DC and i'm very much looking forward to it. I want to see more gameplay but it's looking very good to me. Specially this new image of Scorpion reminds me ...
Did you just call MGS4 a shooter? That's almost like a spit in the face of the entire series, it's like calling Gears of War a FPS.
Interesting lists. I have to say i like the 2nd dudes list quite a bit. Take out Ghostbusters, Alone in the Dark, Star wars and Bionic Commando and put in Fallout 3, LBP and Soul Calibur 4 and you pretty much have my top 10 for this year.
Just when i thought that maybe he was losing his touch he does his best show ever. It seems like to me ever since G4 has been doing the previews for his shows he's been toning down the curses and whatnot in his reviews.

Did you just compare Splinter Cell to MGS? I like Splinter Cell alot (great ending for double agent) but it's not in the same league as MGS in my honest opinion. Also i think Resistance is over rated (never played gears so i can't comment there) but hopefully Killzone 2 will come out this year as it's the only FPS i'm remotely interested in (Haze may end up good but i don't give a rats ass about it). it just means MS looks at it more or less like a horse race between Sony and themselves. Sort of the "who's d!ck is bigger" type of thing i guess.
